2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

In-person registration for Comstock Inc.’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has now closed. However, shareholders and other interested parties may still register to watch the meeting live via Zoom webinar.

This year’s meeting will highlight Comstock’s continued progress across its core business segments, including Comstock Metals, strategic investments, and clean energy systems. Attendees will hear directly from Company leadership through presentations, gain insight into current initiatives and future priorities, and have the opportunity to engage during a live Q&A session.

Please note that the webinar is provided strictly for viewing purposes only. Shareholders attending virtually should vote their shares as soon as practical before the meeting as they will not be able to vote during the meeting. Voting during the Annual Meeting can only be done in person.
